After School and Enrichment Programs

After School Program (Pre-K-Grade 5)

The goal of the After School Program is to provide a safe, nurturing, fun environment for children who need care after the regular school day. On most days the program will include time for play, snacks, homework help, and an activity for the day (arts & crafts, board games, etc.).

It will be in session Monday through Thursday on most days when school is in session and will be staffed by members of the faculty assisted by 6th, 7th & 8th Grade students. Children in Grades PreK-5 may attend. After school is not in session on 1/2 day dismissals.

Afterschool Volunteers

Please note 6th graders cannot sign up for After School Help until January of 6th grade.

This year Signup.com will be used for After School volunteer sign-ups.

Currently, Signup.com is set up to allow After School sign-ups until the end of the year. Three volunteers are needed each day to assist the moderators.  Students may volunteer one day per week, Monday through Thursday, and are expected to stay for the entire program, 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.   This system will enable the students to volunteer on days when they have no other commitments such as dental appointments or sports practice.
