Card Party 2026- Family Donations
Dear St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy Families –
We’re excited to announce our 2026 Card Party fundraiser will take place on Friday, April 17th! The event will be in the gymnasium and small hall, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Tickets go on sale online only at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13th, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Information regarding ticket sales will be shared in the coming weeks, so please be on the lookout.
To streamline our fantastic prize lineup, we’ll continue using the “SFDSCA” acronym, organizing all items and experiences into six fun categories: Shopping, Fun, Dining, Summer, Class Prizes, and Away!
Additionally, we will feature a GRAND PRIZE category with select prizes and experiences of considerable value, alongside the ever-popular 50/50 and annual tuition raffle (valued at approximately $6,600!).
In order for us to make this event a success, we will need your help. As in previous years, all Academy families will be asked to make a prize contribution with a minimum value of $50.
You can do this in one of many ways:
You can make a monetary donation. If you prefer to pay by check, it should be made out to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy and sent to the main office. The school Venmo account is another option and donations can be sent to @SFDSCA . If you choose to donate via Venmo, please make sure to note that it is a Card Party Donation as well as how you would like your family name to be displayed in the prize booklet.
We have three tiers of giving this year. Families will be thanked in our prize booklet according to their donation level:
$50 - $99Blue Level Supporters
$100 - $249Gold Level Supporters
$250 & aboveFranny Level Supporters
Monetary donations will be used to purchase prizes for the categories, when needed, as well as to cover overhead costs such as security, decorations and supplies.
You can purchase a prize off of our Amazon Wish List. Prizes purchased off of the Amazon Wish List will be shipped directly to the Academy - making it simple and easy to do. If you choose this option PLEASE make sure to include your name as the sender in the gift section and check the box to email recipient a copy of the gift receipt and send to [email protected] so we can be sure to thank you in our prize booklet.

You can purchase an item or gift card from a local business or restaurant. If you go this route, please send in the prize to the school office with a note indicating how you would like your name/family name to appear in our prize booklet, so we can thank you appropriately. Ex: The Scharbach Family or Dr. & Mrs. Christopher Scharbach
If you are a local business owner or work in a local business or restaurant, we would kindly ask you to please consider donating a prize for our Card Party.
Do you work for a team, league, stadium, theater, venue or know someone who does? Or do you have season tickets to a local team or venue that you would be willing to donate? We are always looking for tickets! Whether it be for a game, concert, play or anything else. Tickets are annually some of our most sought-after prizes. We would appreciate any ticket donations you may have!
Your support is sincerely appreciated, and all contributors will be acknowledged in our Card Party booklet. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
